About Us
We are a small Halifax company, in operation as a furnished rental business since 2002. As a small business, we customize our service to clientele by providing desired furnishing adjustments in case of longer term rentals. Because we are owner-operated, overhead is minimal. We have a host of assistants who care for the day to day upkeep and repair of units. We partner with other companies to make referrals.
We currently offer three lifestyle locations within Halifax Regional Municipality: Downtown condos; nearly downtown locations, and easy drive-to town locations in a country setting.
l. Downtown Core: furnished condos:
Select core locations: each unit has decorating touches to add warmth and comfort. All are excellent locations.
-The Martello: 1550 Dresden Row: A SELECTION OF THREE UNITS
-Heritage Way: 5530 Artillery Place: a SELECTION OF TWO UNITS
2. Other Downtown Halifax Locations:
All within 4 kms. of the downtown core. Less expensive / more spacious and family oriented than downtown core, nearly downtown locations are all within a few blocks or a short drive of the downtown core.

3. Near-to-town locations: Timberlea/Tantallon
Easy four lane hwy. commute to downtown in as little as 15-20 minutes; located between Timberlea and Tantallon, off hwy. 103. Pet friendly, lakeside, peaceful, with spacious grounds
-Lakeland Acres at Exit 4 off Hwy. 103, the south shore hwy.
